Restorative/pranayama

120 minutes

This class is a casually attended class perfect for intermediate and general level students who want to learn how to surrender in order to reach a place of deep physical and mental relaxation. In each class the poses practised are sequenced to create space in the body, re-energise the nervous system, nourish the endocrine system and strengthen the immune system. In this class appropriate props are used to allow students to sustain poses for a long periods of time and recover from the pressures of the week.

A great way to end the week.
