Interested in learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga?

"New to Ashtanga" classes start on Monday the 26th of September at Simhanada, Collingwood!

Non-commercial in our approach, our classes have a strong emphasis on raising levels of consciousness through asana and working with the breath from core awareness and one’s intention.

Students will learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice in a small class with personalised instruction and guidance. The practice is taught gradually, in a step-by-step process accessible to anyone.

We run these classes during weekdays both in the mornings (6.30am Mon and Wed) and in the evenings (6.30pm Mon and Wed). We also have a weekend beginners class on Saturday mornings at 9.30am.
