Hi everyone, my name is Elizabeth Jackson and I am currently seeking permanent yoga classes within the Mornington Peninsula or potentially Bayside region. I have 500 hours training with a Diploma in Classical Yoga and have done three different trainings in Children's yoga. I enjoy creating my own lesson plans, have a very creative mind. I have seven years of teaching experience in general yoga, vinyasa yoga, gentle yoga and children's yoga. My classes, I would say are definitely flowing, similar to Vinyasa but also including some opportunity for static postures. I try to always provide alternatives in postures, so that all students feel welcome and supported.
