Join KPJAYI authorized level II teacher, John Bultman at the beautiful setting of Samahita Retreat on Koh Samui for an intensive week of Ashtanga structured for all levels. In this intimate setting we will explore practices that include: chanting and meditation (early morning), either led or morning Mysore style (personal catered practice) in the style of his teachers, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois. The afternoon classes will investigate asana and philosophy to help cultivate wisdom, and correct action in our daily Sadhana (practice).

Sunday: The Yoga Sutras: The Science of Sadhana
Monday: Breathing, Binding, Bandhas, and Bumhi
Tuesday: MMMM Lift Up: inversions, Vinyasas and other moving challenges
Thursday: Back-bending and reapportioning strength.
Friday: Intention and Compassionate methods

The Daily Schedule
The program begins at 5pm on the first day of the retreat with a group welcome and departure is at 12pm on the last day.
