Join Jessie Chapman and facilitators for an inspirational Yoga Spa Restore Retreat staying 6 nights at the lovely Honeymoon Guesthouse in Ubud, Bali. Everyone is welcome and well cared for with lots of one-on-one attention, nourishing adjustments and support. Many people join this retreat on their own and can either book a Single Room or share with another participant. Our hotel driver meets you at the airport for an easy transition into the retreat.
Each day on this retreat is an inspiring journey of morning Radiance Yoga, afternoon Restoration Yoga, deluxe spa treatment journeys and Bali's most aware winning 5-star Spa's, scenic guided walks, yoga nidra, meditation, cultural journeys and other healing art classes for deep rest and vitality.
About the yoga: Jessie has been offering the Radiance Bali Yoga Spa Wellness Retreat since 2002. Jessie's Radiance Yoga Classes combine gentle warm up sequences moving through the postures with breath awareness plus holding in postures longer to build strength, stability and alignment. Many variations of the postures are given so people can practice according to their experience, physical condition and individual needs. Yoga props are often used to go deeper and to experience complete relaxation and renewal - especially in Jessie's afternoon Restoration Yoga Classes where the focus is on deep rest, support and relaxation. The Yoga classes are taught by Jessie Chapman and are suitable for the complete beginner to the long term practitioner. Lee will be assisting throughout the retreat giving adjustments and one on one attention in the yoga classes and guiding the walks and spa journey's with Jessie so everyone is well cared for.
