Join Jessie Chapman for a deeply relaxing and regenerative Yoga Restore Wellness Retreat in the stunning South Island of New Zealand offering time and space to rest, restore and develop your yoga practice in stunning surrounds. Everyone is welcome from complete yoga beginners to the more experienced practitioner looking to delve deeper into restoration and self care. Whether coming on your own or with a friend this inclusive retreat is for all to enjoy and share. Each day on retreat is an inspired journey towards your relaxed and energised self with morning and afternoon yoga, healthy vegetarian meals and juices, guided natural walks on and around the property, guided mediations, core strength classes, lots of restoration yoga, evening yoga nidra and a range of other healing art classes for regeneration. Massage treatments are available to book during your retreat for extra healing and pampering. We stay 5 nights at in a scenic lodge 10 minutes outside of Wanaka with stunning scenery and gardens to wander with a range of relaxation spaces. Many people who join our retreats come on their own and we create a very inclusive space for all.
