Our days begin with an inspirational morning yoga practice in stunning surrounds followed by a hearty buffet breakfast. Then it's time to strap on our walking shoes and head out for our days hiking adventure where we share a picnic lunch along the way. In the afternoons we return for a deeply restorative yoga class followed by a delicious shared meal and then a guided lying down yoga nidra before a restful sleep.
