High Country Haven's October retreat Return to Wellness: Spring Reawakening is your opportunity to reflect, refresh and rejuvenate in the beautiful surrounds of Marysville, Victoria.


The retreat focuses on holistic wellbeing and features a line-up of workshops and activities including exercise, nutrition, yoga, animal-assisted therapy and music and art therapy workshops.


High Country Haven retreats offer you a way to get away, relax and reflect on your lifestyle and help you explore practical ways to make positive changes in your everyday life. Workshops are focused on improving your mood and helping you to build resilience for the ups and downs of life.


All therapists have a holistic view of physical, mental and emotional health. They aim to give you some practical tools and strategies so you leave the retreat with a personal lifestyle plan to look after yourself in an achievable and sustainable way. The retreats may only last a few days, but they'll give you the tools to wellbeing for months and years to come.


The retreat package includes accommodation for 2 nights, a 60-minute relaxation massage, all meals, morning and evening yoga sessions, and a range of interesting and inspiring workshops to chose from throughout the weekend. Additional one-to-one 60-minute psychology sessions are available with Rachel Meadows across the weekend for an additional $160.
