Yoga Nidra is the ancient practice of divine sleep, where you pass layer by layer into the depths of your own consciousness. The practice is done lying down in savasana, so it is accessible to everyone.
In this session you will be guided to relax the body and connect with your true nature. You will create the space needed for your inner guidance to come to the surface. Yoga Nidra will allow your body to heal, your creativity to flourish and your heart to expand.
After your session Cora will send you an mp3 recording of a guided Yoga Nidra session so you can practice any time, in the comfort of your home.
