Want to learn the basics of a yoga practice before attending regular classes?
This course will cover all you need to know to feel confident to join a general yoga class and to set you on your path to a regular yoga practice.
Each week we will run through a beginners sequence and will have a special focus on one of the following topics:
- Breathing/Basic Relaxation / Meditation
- Sun Salutations
- Standing Poses
- Seated Poses
- Basic Inversions
The course runs for 4 Weeks on Thursdays at 6:30pm for one hour.
