Swiss Ball & Stretch class incorporating some beginner yoga sequences, taught by exercise physiologist Stuart Mashman.
9am - 3pm Early Childhood & School programs at childcare centres & primary schools 3.30pm - 6pm After school programs at Out Of School Hours centres
Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga postures/breathing techniques/relaxation/meditation/philosophy
A mindful practice, focusing on pranayama, breathwork, intention, mediation and mantra combined with gentle slower movements and yoga poses.
Mana Yoga - seasonal, shamanic and energetic fusion - suitable for general level.
Power Therapy/Prenatal- Manly ONLY
A grounding, releasing and medicinal practice, focusing on developing a mindful self-awareness through stillness and longer holds of poses.
General (Level 2) Class : for regular Iyengar yoga practitioners, walk ins accepted.
Conducted in a hatha style to help stretch and move the body after a long day. Held in Harvest Park (weather and light permitting) or inside Mungo Scott.
A Strong, dynamic, deep, vinyasa practice that focuses on breath to movement, pose to pose transitions.
Mixed level practice | Yoga experience is recommended.
