Level three
Conducted in a hatha-vinyasa style to awaken the body for the weekend ahead. Held in Harvest Park (weather and light permitting) or inside Mungo Scott.
Mixed (Level 1/2) Class: for regular practitioners, walk-ins accepted.
General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Iyengar Yoga method
A dynamic, strong flowing practice, focusing on creative sequencing, mudra, mantra, chanting and dialogue. Yoga experience is recommended.
General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Pilates method

Foundation (Level 1) Class: walk-in students accepted.
A smooth, balanced flowing practice, focusing on posture to posture, breath to breath conscious alignment, movement, mantra, meditation.
Experienced - Suitable for those with a minimum of 1 - 2 years consistent practice within the Iyengar Yoga method method
Introductory Course : first weekend of every second month - January, March, May, July, September, November. For students new to yoga.
Teacher Training - monthly. Invited students only.
A slow, mindful flowing practice, focusing on breath awareness then moving into longer holds in yin poses, breathwork, meditation.
