ONLINE ZOOM Sunrise Vinyasa. A balanced flowing practice, focusing on posture to posture, breath to breath conscious alignment, movement, mantra, meditation.
Foundation (Level 1) Class: walk-in students accepted.
9am - 3pm Early Childhood & School programs at childcare centres & primary schools 3.30pm - 6pm After school programs at Out Of School Hours centres & TriShine
Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga Postures /Breathing Techniques/ Relaxation/ Meditation /Philosophy
A slow, mindful flowing practice, focusing on breath awareness, longer holds, conscious alignment, movement, mantra, meditation.
Mixed (Level 1/2) Class: for new and regular students, walk-ins accepted.
Power Therapy/Prenatal Yoga- N-BAY ONLY
A slower practice, incorporating more mediation, breathwork, softer holds in poses. Good for beginners, pregnancy safe.
Foundation (Level 1) Class: walk-ins accepted.
Bala krama prelude course - general level
beginners course-pre-enrolment required
A dynamic, strong flowing practice, focusing on creative sequencing, mudra, mantra, chanting and dialogue. Mixed level practice, yoga experience is recommended.
Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga postures/breathing techniques/relaxation/meditation/philosophy
All levels of Yoga i.e beginners to level 6 and Meditation. Classical style of Yoga includes stretching, relaxation, postures, Breath exercises & meditation.
General - Suitable for those with some understanding of the Iyengar Yoga method
Shadow Yoga Foundations course
General (Level 2) Class: for regular practitioners, walk-ins accepted.
