Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaches accessible and practical ways to use,
practise and enjoy mindfulness in everyday life so that people can better
manage stressful situations and take better care of tgheir health, well-being and happiness.The eight week course includes seven two hour sessions on a Monday evening and one full day mindfulness intensive.
The facilitator Alison Keane studied mindfulness under the direction of Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn,
the founder of MBSR.
