1 x 4 day intensive: 27th-30th July (7.30am-5pm)
6 x weekends (Sat-Sun 7.30am-5pm)
Dates: 11th, 12th & 25th, 26th August 8th, 9th & 22nd, 23rd September 6th, 7th & 27th, 28th October
1 x 6 day intensive 5th - 10th November

Mantra Yoga has showers for after classes, mats and towels available for rent, bottled water for sale or bring your own. Mantra is located right in the heart of Crows Nest so there are plenty of eating options nearby.
Parking & Transport: Free Friday night & all-day weekend parking in side streets. Very limited free all-day parking in nearby residential side streets weekdays. St Leonards Train Station is a 10 min walk.
