Vibrational Breath Therapy

This program is based upon the teachings of Swami Gitananda and presented by David Breach of Nunkeri Centre for Physical, Mental and Spiritual Wellbeing with Yoga.

Vibrational Breath Therapy addresses the requisites for good health by putting the healing potential into the hands of the individual. It incorporates asana, pranayama and chanting of the sacred syllable OM, to reprogram and attune the practitioner to the cellular vibrations across the physical and subtle body.
