Join Michelle Papa as she guides you through a gentle and revitalising vinyasa (yang) flow followed by a yin practice where you can tap into stillness of body, and mind. These two opposing practices (yin & yang) are complementary, and aims to create an energetically balanced practice. Yin postures are held for longer period of time, which then exercises the deeper layers of the physical body, mainly the joints and connective tissues of the hips and lower back.
This workshop will focus on releasing tension through the hips and hamstrings. You will also learn a few pranayamas , or breathing exercises, which can bring a sense of focus and awareness, consequently slowing down mental chatter so one can fully embrace the present moment
