Join Authorised Ashtanga Yoga Teachers Rob Schutze & Jean Byrne for a morning of practice, chanting, inquiry and chai. All students welcome at 9:30am. No cost, bring a smile and questions. An opportunity to ask about the ashtanga practice and tradition, learn the opening and closing chants correctly and gather together with fellow students.
When: Thursday April 25th (Anzac day). 8am Led Class - for current Mysore students only. 9:30am - 11am: Chanting, Talk, Instruction and Q&A about the Ashtanga Yoga Method.
