in Ubud, Bali organised by Tamara Yoga
A yoga retreat is more than just a holiday, it is an immersion in yoga that leads to rejuvenation at the deepest level.
The Ananda means Bliss! retreat is held in Ubud where the stunning open-air yoga studio overlooks the picturesque rice fields and distant volcanoes. The Tamara Yoga approach is based on the awareness that within each of us is a deep well of contentment, strength and joy. The Sanskrit name of this deep Bliss centre is Ananda. At Tamara Yoga we understand Yoga is the tool that helps us recover our natural peacefulness and to know the true brilliance of our souls. On this retreat you will be inspired to realise the goal of yoga, enlightenment.
Tamara Yoga Senior Teacher, Julie Dulaney, will be leading the retreat. Julie has been teaching beautiful retreats for several years and is such a wonderful teacher that every year students immediately re-book for her next retreat.
There will be morning and afternoon yoga classes. The morning and afternoon asana practice will progress from simple to deeper postures looking after students of all levels. You will be able to advance your practice at your own pace.
We have internationally renowned teacher joining Julie. Emil Wendel, a highly regarded teacher of history, philosophy, literature, pranayama and meditation.
Emil will lead you through the dawn sessions of pranayama and meditation. Your yoga practice will deepen with beautiful asana classes taught by Julie each morning and afternoon sessions of yoga philosophy and teach about the power of sound.
The exquisite effects of concentrated and continuous yoga practices are supported by the magic, beauty and spirituality of Bali.
