Wednesday 6:30-7:30am: Backbends to get your heart moving and clear stress.
Thursday 6:30-7:30am: Inversions to shake everything out you don't need.
Friday 6:30-7:30am: Restoration and balance bringing everything to centre.
Saturday 10.30-12.30: Dynamic practice to cleanse followed by yin.
Sunday 10.30-12.30: Putting it all together, the food, the asana and meditation.
