The beginning of Winter often brings the cold and darkness and urges us to slow down. This is the time of year to reflect on our health, replenish our energy, and conserve our strength. In Chinese Medicine, it is the time to nurture our kidneys and adrenals.
Join Patty as she leads us through 2 kundalini yoga sequences. One has been put together specifically to build up disease resistance and the other gives our kidneys and adrenals a boost of energy.
The workshop will move at a gentle pace and is open to all levels. Together we will chant powerful mantras, learn to breath deeply and share a healing meditation.
