Harness the powerful energy of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse by soaking in the sounds, vibrations, and healing energy of Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls as we move through a series of deeply relaxing restorative asanas.
The power of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will magnify and intensify the healing vibrations of the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls and melt away all stress and tension.
This workshop is focused on releasing deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body. We will utilize a combination of restorative and gentle yoga poses in conjunction with sound healing to allow the mind and body to rejuvenate and return to a calmer, clearer state.
This session is particularly effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness or for those who simply want to deeply relax.
During the session, the Singing Bowls will be moved around the room allowing participants to experience individual energetic healing through sound. This involves sounding the bowls while they are suspended above different energy centres of the body and sometimes placing them physically on participant’s bodies.
This session is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.
Phoebe Joel is a gifted and intuitive sound therapist certified by the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School which is accredited by the State of Colorado, USA.She has studied at an advanced level and is extremely proficient in various therapeutic protocols and techniques. This includes using advanced warm water therapies and postures for special needs clients.
She specialises in treatments to ease depression, anger, and stress and also therapies to improve memory, mental clarity, vitality and better sleep. Her sessions are deeply relaxing and help bring a new level of consciousness to the body, mind and soul.
Phoebe has also undergone extensive training in yoga and has studied under the world’s most eminent living masters including Yogiraj Alan Finger at ISHTA and Leslie Kaminoff at the Breathing Project in New York. She has also undertaken specialized study in Therapeutic and Yin Yoga.
