You will begin to gain some awareness of how food, our thoughts, our habits, our peers and other things we expose ourselves to, have an effect on our wellbeing and our body. What happens if we feed ourselves with toxic thoughts and feelings? Where does it all go?
In this workshop you will discover ways of nourishing the mind, body and sprit to enable you to experience a more balanced way of being.
