This workshop will explore ways of nourishing ourselves on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. You will begin to gain some awareness of how food, our thoughts, our habits, our peers & other things we expose ourselves to have an effect on our well-being and our body. What happens if we feed ourselves with toxic thoughts and feelings? Where does it all go?
In this workshop you will discover ways of nourishing the mind, body & spirit to enable you to experience a more balanced way of being.
This workshop will include a dynamic practice & is therefore not appropriate for pregnant women in their 1st trimester or for absolute beginners.
