What you will experience in this workshop: 

A SomaChi and Vinyasa asana class which includes: 

  • Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) 3 different approaches
  • Learn about the chi element in asana practice
  • Creative and logical sequencing
  • Hands on and verbal adjustments
  • Instruction of alignment with the integration of somatic and Buddhist principals of mindfulness and compassion within the practice of a yoga class.
  • Practice hands on adjustments in groups and partners 
    •

 

The day will end with a group discussion and Q&A.

This is for you, if:

  • you are serious about applying for SomaChi Teacher Training this intro is a requirement for you.
  • you are curious about SomaChi yoga teacher training and want to learn more about it.
  • you are already a certified yoga teacher and want to lean some of the somachi yoga methodology.
