The breath is intimately connected to our ability to create therapy within our practice and can be tapped into anytime your step onto your mat. Learning to harness the power of the breath can inspire you to discover your full potential both on and off the mat. In this workshop we will look at the anatomy of the breath and how to apply that to our practice at anytime, in any class. The flow portion of this class will incorporate different pranayama practices into a deeply therapeutic flow to get a good dose of medicine and learn how to tap back into it on your own. Open to all levels with some vinyasa experience.
