Description

We are hosting two 5-day intensive program as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, under the guidance of Michelle Merrifield.This program is for all students with a regular yoga practice, wanting to take their practise to a new level.

Daily morning classes will end with Pranayama practices, guided meditation, music and chanting!

8th – 12th October 2012

18th – 22nd February 2013

4th – 8th March 2013

8th – 12th April 2013

13th – 17th May 2013

3rd – 7th June 2013

6:00am – 7:30am Monday – Friday
