Description

Introduction to Reformer Pilates is a two week course for those who are new to the practice, facilitated by Narelle Clark at BodyMindLife Bondi Beach.

You’ll explore the principles, benefits and structure of Pilates classes, learn how to safely and confidently use the Reformer machines and equipment, understand how to perform the foundational exercises with correct alignment, breathing and modifications and connect to the friendly, welcoming studio community. Brand new students are more than welcome!

About Narelle: Narelle is a fully registered Pilates instructor, comprehensively trained by the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) in 2007. This registration enables clients to receive rebates from their health insurance companies if they have Pilates rehabilitation included in their cover.

In addition to her Pilates qualifications Narelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Health Science, a Diploma in Fitness and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She has a nurturing and confident approach to issues and injuries within the body and strongly believes Pilates is for everybody. She loves interacting with people and not only shares her Pilates and health knowledge but she loves to educate clients about their body - empowering them to achieve a higher level of wellbeing.
