Description

Birth in Awareness is a recognised Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS) through Yoga Alliance facilitating 85 hour prenatal yoga courses.

The course is structured and delivered so that graduates are confident and authentic prenatal yoga teachers upon completion.

Through the course we access the deep feminine within and create a sacred space where we learn from ancient teachings through deep physical and spiritual practices.

Through the immersion you will explore the prenatal yoga practice and learn how to teach prenatal yoga to others from the heart.

Each day through the 7 chakras we chart the course of pregnancy and birth.

Day 1 Muladhara - the base and foundation of the practice.

Day 2 Svadisthana - the divine feminine and the flow of pregnancy and birth

Day 3 Manipura - the inner fire and cultivating the warrior energy for birth

Day 4 Anahata - love and connection and oxytocin

Day 5 Vishudha - Speak and be heard. Learn deep listening to the self and others

Day 6 Ajna - Intuition and the voice of inner knowing

Day 7 Sahasrara - Clear energy and space for all experiences (Final Day graduation ceremony including group breakfast)
