A real Bali Yoga retreat in secluded Nature.
Join us in one of Bali's best kept secrets, Sideman River Valley, East Bali. A natural and tranquil haven to reconnect with yourself and nature.
This 6 Day retreat will give you plenty of time to , develop and practise Yoga and Meditation practises. We will be focusing on Hatha practises and Vinyasa Sequences, Basic Pranayama (breathing) exercises, as well as Body and Breath awareness meditations.
This retreat is suitable for both absolute beginners AND intermediate students as we have 2 teachers available.

Transport from airport to venue to start the retreat.
In between classes you are free to swim in the river, walk in the valley rice fields, have one of your Relaxing Massages, connect with yourself and fellow students.

Sample Daily Schedule
7.30 - 9.30
Morning Classes will be Hatha Vinyasa based including guided relaxation and meditation.
10 am Light Breakfast - Fruit and Cleansing Juices
12.30 Silent meditation
1 pm Healthy Lunch
4.30 - 6.00 Evening Classes will be more worship style focusing on specific skill sets like
Inversions, Back Bends, Arm Balancing or we will just relax in Yin/Restorative postures)
We will also include a deeply relaxing Roll and Release class, learning to use myofascial release balls to deeply relax around the body.
