The Beginners Course is for those new to Yoga. We explore the very basics. One week builds on the previous week's information therefore giving students a chance to really assimilate what is learned and progress further. We will cover basic postures, pranayama (breathwork), simple meditation and yogic philosophy. If you have an interest in starting yoga this is a perfect option to begin with. Our classes are small and each student will receive personal attention and guidance.
