The Yoga Therapy Journey

An intermediate course designed for teachers of other styles of Yoga who would like to expand their skills and understanding through a deep insight into the therapeutic approach of Krishnamacharya. This 6 month course will give a thorough introduction to therapeutic practice (cikitsa) of asana and pranayama practice and their modifications, deepening into personal practice from the ground of a practical understanding of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Chapters 1 & 2).
