Join us for four (semi) weekly Saturday afternoons to explore the best practical ways to take all the benefits of yoga into your life as a parent. We will practice yoga, meditate, workshop, journal. Expect to have greater access to peace and have the tools to take this feeling home with you.

In Peaceful Yoga Parenting we will approach all these areas through introducing yoga philosophy and modern psychology fused with the yoga practices of asanas (poses) and meditation.
