This course develops basic skills and the fundamental principles of yoga. Students are encouraged to establish a safe and systematic progression into correct yoga postures and to overcome their conditioned habits and patterns which can cause imbalance and restrictions.
You do not need to be flexible or 'physically' inclined. Following the principles of the yogic method even for a short time will bring you results that can be felt in your daily life.
