Dru yoga is an accessible form of yoga, shown to reduce stress and increase the quality of life. Somatic meditation connects us with our physical bodies and from there to our inner experience of life.
Come and learn how to care for yourself
Beginners are welcome, Dru is accessible to most levels of ability, please enquire if you have any concerns.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket, and wear comfortable layered clothing.

Ruth Donnelly is a Buddhist Psychotherapist in Maleny. She runs self-care and training groups using Transformative Mindfulness and Dru Yoga, offering people simple ways to care for and transform their own lives, and the lives of people they live and work with. She has practised Tibetan Buddhism since 1998 and found it to be the key to her own health and happiness.
