A Yoga and Writing Retreat
at the Benedictine Monastory, New Norcia
Come with us to the stillness and space of New Norcia, a place where the old world of Europe meets the much more ancient Indigenous world. In this place, star maps, geographical maps, anatomical maps of the human body intersect and make manifest a vast and often hidden world. The Stardust in Our Bones retreat uses yoga, reflection and writing as the means to create new and imaginative maps. Maps that integrate body, mind and spirit; maps that can be used to explore life's possibilities; maps that can help us begin to answer the question: how can we best be here now?
Liana Joy Christensen (poet, writer and teacher) and Sally Riddell (Ruby 9yoga teacher and therapist) invite you on a sublime journey through the universe without and the universe within. The New Norcia Monastery provides an ideal setting, secluded from the busyness of city life, where together and in solitude, we can safely and gently redraw our boundaries and reconnect our physical bodies with our contemplative minds.
