This 3 hour Yoga session will focus on the basics of Yoga for beginners and/or those who wish to move from the physical aspects of Yoga to a whole Yoga experience. In this session you will:
Practise basic Yoga postures with focus on correct alignment and benefits of the posture.
Develop our ability to practise deep relaxation through techniques to relax the physical body.
Use the breath and visualisation to calm the mind in preparation for meditation.
