Description
Connect with other new mums and babies! Take time out for yourself and learn how to relax into the many challenges of being a new mum. Regaining your strength and fitness. Bring your baby along, strollers allowed in the room space permitting. Class starts at 1:30pm every Monday. For more information please visit www.karmamama.com.au.

Mats provided plus beanbags and soft area provided for babies. Please bring a sarong or towel and a blanket or wrap for your baby.
