Emotions are fine – just don’t follow them
Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, we learn to be more present in what we are doing. We are less distracted and have less judgement of anything we feel and experience. In particular during this Three-Day Weekend Seminar Dzogchen Rinpoche will guide us through the Dzogchen methods of recognising, examining and resting our mind there and then.
In the presence of the authentic master, this can give us a direct experience of Dzogchen with its practical benefits for everyday life – we become much more at ease with ourselves and others, have less worries about things going wrong and are able to enjoy ourselves much more, even in situations that we would usually consider stressful and difficult.
