Description
Strengthen, Stretch & Relax Your Body With This Rejuvenating Workshop!
This workshop is designed to balance the system.
The focus will be on the Autumn element (metal) & the meridian (acupuncture points) being lungs & large intestine. This will allow the body to detox & prepare us for the winter season; to avoid catching cold’s & flu's, & leave you feeling refreshed. There will be time for a break & cup of tea, before we finish with a gentle massage, partner stretching & a relaxing meditation.

Schedule / Itinerary
- begin with a long luxurious warm up.
