Over 5 x 75 min classes, you will gain the basics needed to move into a flow yoga class with confidence. We break down Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) step by step, workshop the common postures and introduce basic philosophical concepts. Proper alignment and breathing techniques are demonstrated and you’ll have the opportunity to experience these, discuss your experiences and ask questions as you desire.

Registration and full payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your place and payment is non-refundable. Should circumstances prevent your attendance, we offer the opportunity to attend that same missed class in a future course.

Payment can also be made in person at Amrita Yoga. As minimum numbers may be required, payment is to be received at least 5 days before the commencement of the course. Should the course not run due to minimum not being reached those registrants will be contacted and the course re-scheduled to a mutually agreed date or a full refund will be provided.
