Come explore yoga poses and techniques, breath work and meditation practices to help you connect and strengthen your core, which ladies and gents includes the pelvic floor muscles! Hey you say why include guys in regards to the pelvic floor? As you age, both women and men can develop problems associated with not keeping the core muscles healthy, such as incontinence, bowl problems and balance issues. So come along and learn about the deep core muscles and how to connect and engage them in everyday activities as well as during a yoga class. Workshop is suitable for beginners or seasoned yoga students. Each attendee will receive a take home pack.
