Explore different ways to manage back concerns using various yoga positions, breath work and meditation practices. We use our backs every day from the moment we get up, however we seem to lose our connection to the key factors on maintaining a healthy spine as we age or if we have had an injury. From working long hours seated or standing for long periods. As well as being 'plug in' for work and socialising on mobile phones, tablets, laptops or computers. It is no wonder so many people have back problems with stiff, tired muscles, which is compounded even further if you have hurt your back. Come along to learn yoga techniques to improve posture and assist loosen and release the back muscles. Workshop is suitable for beginners or seasoned yoga students. Each attendee will receive a take home pack.
