JAPAN YOGA TRIP
with Peter Masters & Tokyo Family Yoga School
17-26 May 2015


A special yoga trip to Japan in May to train at the Tokyo Family Yoga School with Mr & Mrs Ishii and their teachers, and then to Kyoto to stay at a magnificent Zen temple.

The trip begins at approximately 2pm on Sunday 17 May in Tokyo and finishes around 11am in Kyoto on Tuesday 26 May. Family Yoga School offer four Okido yoga classes a day... early morning, mid morning, afternoon and evening. People generally choose two yoga classes per day at the times that suit them. Mr & Mrs Ishii also present a few special classes just for the Australian group and host a party too.

In Kyoto activities include meditation, visiting ancient temples and gardens, walking Mt Karama and exploring the centre of Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan. Spring in Japan is a beautiful time to visit.

Included for $1,550

The cost of the 10 day-9 night tour is $1,550. It includes 5 nights twin share accommodation in Tokyo, 4 nights twin share accommodation in Kyoto, all yoga events and classes in Tokyo, meditation sessions in Kyoto and fast train (Shinkansen) from Tokyo to Kyoto. The accommodation in Tokyo and Kyoto is high quality Ryokan (traditional tatami mats and futons). The cost doesn’t include airfare, meals and local subways in Tokyo and Kyoto (approx $50 a day) or the return trip on the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo. A $500 deposit confirms a place.
