We will going back to basics focusing on standing, balancing, back bending, twist and some seated postures, also breaking down the sun salutations. Included basic breathing and meditation techniques. You will experience a total body conditioning over 6 weeks, giving you a basic understanding of principles of yoga and the physical postures.
