Restorative yoga into your yoga practice, is often overlooked. It is both an important adjunct to your yoga routine and a yoga practice within itself.
Learn to listen to your body and work in a way that supports you.
Restorative yoga can be helpful for backpain, neck pain, high blood pressure, asthma, migraine, tension headaches, chronic fatigue and tension-related diseases.
It balances your nervous system, calms your emotions, tones your internal organs and will enhance bodily functions.
Pranayama is an ancient yogic practice of breath control, that activate your lifeforce, clears blockages and takes you into a deep space of meditation.
On Sunday 17th July, we will complete the end of our course with a morning Vinyasa Flow yoga class on the beach (if its windy or raining, we'll go to a nearby private studio). Then we will celebrate by going out for a healthy breakfast.
Looking forward to sharing this amazing practice with you!
