All yoga practices are techniques to relax the mind and sit back from it.  Within a couple of sentences Nisargadatta Maharaj takes the listener to that space in themselves.  One’s own mind creates infinite themes and circuitry to validate manic and endless thinking, never relaxing and hence never experiencing peace.  Nisargadatta Maharaj’s words bypass these themes and return the listener home in themselves to peace and harmony.
