Yogalates is a world renowned exercise system developed over the past 14 years and now in its 6th year of internationally recognised government accredited training. Yogalates fuses the best of ancient Yogic spiritual practice with the proven rehabilitative power of pilates. Both Pilates and Yoga use co-ordination of movement with the breath to relax, strengthen and lengthen the muscles whilst calming the nervous system. In Yogalates we pay particular attention to building strength and endurance of the core postural muscles to gain stability helping to protect the spine against injury, enhancing posture and creating a fit, streamlined shape.
