Calmbirth Weekend

Calmbirth uses the tools of relaxation, breathing and creative visualisation to assist the woman and her partner to have a positive and empowering birth experience. 

Over the weekend the programme aims to assist in reducing fear, stress and anxiety that is experienced by many women during pregnancy and birth.  The programme invities the partner to play an integral role in assisting the woman during labour.

Cost includes Class Note Booklet and Relaxation CD's.

Time committment:

Saturday 11am to 5pm

Sunday 10am to 4pm
