Part 1 – Technique – Handstands and Arm Balances
Saturday April 27, 12:30-3pm
In this fun workshop we will be playing with Confidence, Strength & Balance needed for effortless handstands & arm balances. This workshop will develop your strength and trust. Learn the basic techniques to discover a new world that is upside down.
Part 2 – Application – Jump Throughs and Smooth Transitions
Sunday April 28, 12:30-3pm
This session will infuse the knowledge gained from part one and incorporate it into your own Vinyasa practice. We will play around with the various smooth jumping transitions between yoga poses.
Investment: $45 per session or $80 for both
Beginner – Advanced.
You do not need to be Advanced to do these workshops.
People with shoulder and wrist injuries are welcome.
